We moved into The Landings 8 years ago and have enjoyed our experiences with Jenn and the office staff, as well as our dealings with the Maintenance crew. Brian, Matt, Alfredo, and all, have been very helpful, responsive, professional, and friendly. We realize how busy a large complex can be, but every effort is always made to be timely and efficient. We have lived in these apartments for about a year now. The apartment itself is spacious and the tall ceilings help it feel very open. We have more square footage than I could have gotten closer to the city. The grounds are fairly well taken care of – and they have a service to keep the geese away which is wonderful. This makes it easier to enjoy the ducks and the blue heron that are residents of the ponds. Though things aren’t take care of always as quickly as I’d like to see (some garbage accumulates in the ponds and there were issues with the grass in the dog park area), I have learned to trust that they will get to these things. They have a periodic service that takes care of the ponds, and at start of summer they added sod to the dog park to help with the grass, etc. Rent did go up this year, but at least it was a more reasonable raise instead of the gouging we had going on at our last place. Maybe the one thing of note is that you are required to use their internet service, which is $70. It’s good service, but I had the same service for only $40 at my last place. Otherwise, there aren’t any other charges that I find unreasonable. Recommended! read less

The Landings at Beckett Ridge has been one of the best residential experiences as a military family. Quick management and maintenance response is so valuable to have in an apartment community. I loved the community culture and how friendly the neighbors were to us. I would have stayed another three years if we were afforded the opportunity to do so. The square footage of the townhome was comparable to a single-family home and the amenities met all of our needs. Landings is set in a desirable location, which meant were were minutes away from restaurants and shopping is truly convenient during the holidays and during rush hours after long work days. read less

I have lived at this community for a couple of years now and have truly enjoyed my time here. We rarely need maintenance and when we do it is for very small items but they are always completed quickly. The grounds are very well maintained and one of the best in the area. As a property manager myself, I know the hard work this team puts in to maintain such a great community. I would recommend this property to anyone in the area looking to rent. Their rent is also very reasonable for the quality, amenities, and finish level. read less

This place was nothing short of amazing. Beautiful apartment and immediately available. Great amenities, very nice pool and grounds. Maintenance guys were always courteous and prompt for even the most minor of issues… my kids seemed to enjoy breaking the odd window screen ??. The office staff was always so helpful and understanding. They gave me and my daughters a place to live AND home when we were in a brand new area. Will really miss this place!! read less

We just finished moving in and are already loving the new apartment. We moved from another property also managed by Hills Properties, and stayed with them because the staff was fantastic at the previous location and has been great at The Landings so far. The few maintenance items I’ve had as part of the move in have been resolved much faster than I was expecting and they’ve been very minor. Apartment is not new, but it’s very well maintained, great quality for the price, and the kids are already loving the complex itself. read less

I love living here at the Landings, the maintenance staff has always been very prompt when I have an issue, and because I have a toddler they are always more than willing to come during his waking hours. The management holds you at arms length but I think that is because they also live here on the properties and want to remain professional which is fine. The facilities are so great! It’s such a convenience to be able to walk to the pool and the gym. There are privacy hills surrounding the property which in the winter is a GREAT place to take your little ones to go sledding. The ducks are a tad annoying because they are ducks, but in West Chester, their are ducks everywhere! It’s something you get used to over time. For being across the street, and down the road from the local park, It’s a good use of $995 for 2bd/2bathrooms a month. The location is great, neighbors are quiet, and they have loads of activities at the club house regularly. Is it an expensive apartment? No, not when you consider all the amenities, and the location. Then compare that with surrounding complexes. This one is up to date and I wouldn’t say any older than 10 years old. read less
