I first came to Palmera this June, and I’m currently staying here with my family. The community center, facilities, and apartments are all clean and well-maintained. Above all, the staff(specially Carly, Taylor, Sydney, Ariel) are incredibly friendly and have been very helpful in ensuring that we settle in and enjoy our time here. For anyone from other areas or abroad who wants to send their child to a good school without having to worry about various details, I highly recommend choosing this place.

I’ve lived here 4 yrs & as a single, “I can’t fix things,” female, Palmera’s maintenance guys are the #1 reason I stay. They are normally here within a few hours of a request. 1) there’s never been an issue that they didn’t fix on that same visit 2) They’ll install ceiling fans, chandeliers, curtain rods, etc., so people like me don’t have to do anything. Bill was here today & handled some light switch issues & a range-oven issue. He did a great job – and is always so nice! THANKS, Bill!

Choosing Palmera was a perfect choice for us. Maintenance issues are always taken care of swiftly. Our new Maintenance Supervisor Travis, is a great addition to the Palmera family! Travis has also done so much since he has been here like adding pickle ball courts for multiple people to play on, concrete cornhole boards, new exit gate with flashing lights! Amazing place to living, Palmera definitely is the better place in Mason, very clean place, all amenities work pretty good, the apartments are so new, maintenance of common areas is always up to date! The insulation of the apartments works well, which saves energy, and a very valid point is that your utility bill is very fair. I couldn’t help but mention the super kind staff, willing to do the best for our family, I would like to mention in particular, Sydney Bode and Jack very nice people, good professionals. Very good neighbors!

We moved from Los Angeles to Ohio and loved we moved to Palmera Apartments as we waited for our new build home to be completed. We lived at Palmera for six months while construction in our home was underway, and we loved it! Our two bedroom apartment was spacious, modern, and facing the beautiful open reserve allowing us to experience the beautiful scenery as as we experienced real change of seasons for the first time. The staff in the leasing office were outstanding! Colleen and Carly made us feel welcomed and were very helpful with any questions we had. The maintenance personnel was efficient, respectful, and tended to work order requests in a timely manner. The grounds and amenities of Palmera have a resort-like vibe. The walking trails are immaculate and well defined, and the gym had the necessary equipment for a good workout, The secured access to all amenities gave us piece of mind. The grounds were well lighted at night as are the hallways inside the secures building doors. The concierge garbage collection we paid for was affordable and worth it. We put our garbage bag/bin outside our front door, and our garbage was collected before we went to bed. The covered mailbox area was wonderful to have especially for us So Cal people experiencing cold and snowy days for the first time. Parking was NEVER an issue as we found parking right outside our building door without a problem. The complex is located just minutes away from shopping, dining, hospital, and even the outlets. I cannot say enough about Palmera Apartments!! Once our new build home was completed, we were actually sad to leave as Palmera was such a wonderful place, and we felt so lucky to call Palmera Apartments our temporary home for six months in our new home state

Palmera is a wonderful place to live. I’ve been here for about a year and a half and any time I have had a maintenance issue the problem has been fixed within 48 hours. The staff at the front office is inviting and they really care about what’s going on in your personal life. Everybody is very accommodating, especially if you have a physical disability. They’re very dog friendly and like to give treats to your pets anytime you go to the office with your dog(s). There are plenty of events here that allow you to mingle with your neighbors as well. My favorite so far has been the Christmas dinner and the end of the year pool party for the dogs. Palmera really is the best apartment option in the area that gives you the most bang for your buck! It’s very close to 75 and to all the major stores and shops. It’s only two exits up from union center that has all the entertainment options you could want from top golf to movies or even main event.

We also still require a place for our 6 children, their significant others and our 12+ grandchildren to occasionally gather. We had dozens of questions, and even more concerns. We were shopping in the area and decided to stop by for a quick visit. We met with Jake Gunderson, and he answered every question, concern and has made the transition less intimidating. He is kind, professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all our questions and provide us with the best options for our needs. We couldn’t have wished for a better outcome. We loved the property, the model home, and all of the information we received We look forward to becoming new residents in the near future!

AMAZING!! This could be your forever home! This place literally has everything you could ever need. Palmera has an amazing pool/ lounge area, walking trails, tennis courts, basketball courts, gym, playground. On top of all of that the apartments are all up to date, very well built and really nice. The community is inviting, everyone is so nice. The STAFF deserve their own 5 star review, all the men and women who work for Hills properties have been a pleasure to work with. They are very accommodating, friendly, they really take the time to build a good working relationship. If you’re thinking whether or not Palmera is for you, I’ll decide for you, IT IS!!!

The maintenance crew is outstanding because they are experienced and accommodating to our every request. The perfectly manicured common grounds, pool area, and Clubhouse with its workout facilities are cleaned daily and very nicely maintained. The office staff is pleasant, courteous and they are always there to help.

We have lived here, a year in October. We LOVE living at this place and have renewed our lease. The grounds are well kept and clean; the one bedroom with a den is spacious-we like our huge kitchen island and it’s 1st floor patio; the maintenance crew is helpful and responds quickly; there are periodic social events planned to get to know your neighbors; it is quiet, and the people living here are friendly and respectful.

We moved here after poor management took over my last complex. Palmera was such a huge upgrade. All the workers are extremely friendly and stay friendly after you move in. The complex is extremely clean and well kept. They also do a lot of community events. We went to one for the doggos for them to swim in the pool here. One of my dogs kept trying to go back to the pool after that day! The neighborhood is very quiet. They have the little walking trail, and there is a really nice walking trail next to the fire station. There is also voice of america that is a short distance away. My complaints are that I hear my neighbors walking and sometimes I hear them talking when I use the bathroom. The sink is also pretty small. These are easily two things that I can get past and that really do not bother me. I attached picture of the balcony. The floor plan we picked has a lot of open space, and is very nice for hosting small parties. We had a fun Halloween party. The pool is also very nice.
