My daughter is relocating to this area for work and we toured Fox Chase North Apartments today. Sarah, the property manager, was amazing! She was so friendly, warm and answered all our questions. The tour was impressive and we especially liked that Sarah showed us all around the community areas. The apartment itself was spacious, beautiful and well laid out, plus there’s one available on the third floor, which is what my daughter was hoping for. Thanks to Sarah’s tour and the apartment meeting just about all her requirements, my daughter applied and we have our fingers crossed she’s approved! Thanks Sarah!
Friendly, helpful staff. Great amenities! Lots of cabinets and storage! Nice neighborhood. Family and pet friendly. Convenient location just minutes from anything you might need. I love living here!

Just applied last week and got accepted, great staff and easy to work with even if you don’t ultimately live here, they will make it a good experience while you consider it. But honestly the place is great considering the community you live in the amenities available etc. They are also forward thinking and working on continuous improvement. Wifi included!:)))

When we were looking for an apartment, this was our first choice. I liked the layout of the apartment unit and how well the complex was maintained. Several months after moving in they planned a remodel of each unit. I saw pictures of a unit that was completed, and pictures can’t come close to what was actually done. I was totally blown away when I walked in. The new flooring is just beautiful, new kitchen cabinets, countertops, new vanities, mirrors, lighting, down to knew doorknobs and hinges, there is nothing that they didn’t touch except the carpet and bathtubs. It is just AWESOME. I also must say that all the staff help in every way possible to make this the best complex to come and make a home.

When we were looking for an apartment, this was our first choice. I liked the layout of the apartment unit and how well the complex was maintained. I had an excellent experience living in this community. Fox Chase would be my go to place if I were to ever move back to the area. I rarely needed maintenance for my unit but when I did, everything was taken care within a timely manner. The management team was also very willing to help with any non-maintenance needs that came up, such as key replacement and modifications to my lease, etc. The community always appeared to be clean and well-maintained, and there were plenty of community participation activities for residents. For me, this was a perfect place! Rental costs were fair, pleasant living environment, close to all the shopping you would need, and the freeway is just minutes away. To the office management and maintenance team- thanks for a great experience at Fox Chase!

IT’S SO NICE TO HAVE A TEAM THAT ACTUALLY FOLLOWS THROUGH ON WHAT THEY SAY THEY CAN & WILL DO . THIS TEAM IS THE BEST SINCE I’VE BEEN AT FOX CHASE .I HAVE ASKED MANY MANY MANY TIMES ABOUT OUR ” “”SECURE ENTRY “” WHICH HASN’T BEEN “”SECURE “” UNTIL ” CRYSTA & ADAM TOOK CARE OF IT . The ladies up front, Crysta and Bailey are so amazing. I appreciate that they treat not only me and my boyfriend, but my dog as family. They are both so approachable and understanding.

I lived at Fox Chase North from November 2021-November 2022; I moved there after having a horrendous experience at another apartment complex close by. During my time there, the team at Fox Chase North was nothing short of 5 stars. Always friendly, kind, and quick to address any need. The apartments themselves are a bit outdated, but the layout is great and spacious. Very clean when I moved in. Had I not had plans to move away from Cincinnati, I absolutely would have resigned my lease. I highly recommend living here!

Highly recommend these apartments! Awesome staff made the application/rental process smooth and easy. Upon move in, we were greeted with a welcome home kit, that was very thoughtful. Apartments are very quite and grounds/clubhouse/pool are kept up. Location is perfect, right off the freeway. Lots of restaurants and retail locations to choose from. So happy we choose these apartments to call home. Thank you Fox Chase North staff, keep up the above and beyond customer service!!!

I purposely waited to leave a review because I wanted to give an honest opinion. I have lived here a year and I am sad that I am leaving but I am moving out of state. From the moment I toured a year ago with Amanda until now, I have loved it. First let’s talk about my apartment, I LOVE my place. The price and space was everything I needed. Speaking of, I love my vaulted ceilings, it makes it feel so much more spacious! Also, you hear horror stories about thin walls at other apartments, that is not the case here. I never hear my neighbors next to me or below me. And to that point, my neighbors are the friendliest. As far as safety, I never felt unsafe even if it was early in the morning or late at night and that was super important to me as a woman. Maintenance was always on top of it, coming no later than 24 hours after a request (typically within a couple of hours) and always super nice! I even needed help with a package one time and maintenance brought it up the stairs for me! The leasing office is always quick to respond and willing to whatever it is you ask of them and everyone is super friendly. If you are thinking about a place to live, this is it. If I wasn’t moving out of state I would be staying here for sure!

We are so happy we chose to make our home here at Fox Chase North! From having fantastic Staff Members that care about their tenants, to a great layout driving into the complex with lots of beautiful trees and plenty of parking. My neighbors are all friendly. So far I have attended 2 events hosted up at the clubhouse and had a great time, thankful for the effort the Staff puts in to ensure we enjoy ourselves!! When I had a work order it was taken care of quickly. My only CON is that I have dated countertops….otherwise we are happy with the way our floorplan is set up! We plan to have Fox Chase North be our home for the foreseeable future!
