From the Main Office Staff to Maintenance… EVERY staff member at 49 Hundred is FANTASTIC, friendly, and professional!!!! They all take pride in the buildings and the common areas of the property. The special events that they plan for residents go above and beyond. We cannot express enough what a great experience it is to live in the building and be a part of the 49 Hundred Community!

I lived at 49hundred from March of 2022 to October of 2024 . I lived in the Charisse unit which is a 1b/1ba 941 sq foot apartment. I faced near the Towne square park . Let me start with the positives as there are very few negatives (if any really most out of their control) . 1. The apartments are beautiful and well maintained. Any issues upon move in or throughout your lease they fix to your liking (within reason ) 2. Maintenance team is great and very efficient 3. Leasing staff and management are great , though a whole new team since I moved in . Christopher , I believe is his name , when I was in the move out process was amazing ! Seriously , top notch hospitality. As well as , Joey the property manager. Did not work with Sarah too much but she seems nice . 4. Amenities are amazing and nice . Friends and family that came to visit always thought it was so beautiful and well Kept as well . My nieces and nephews felt like I lived in a luxurious hotel haha ? 5. Overall living at 49 hundred had little to no issues that stand out in my memory and are within their control . Some downsides : 1. I lived near Towne square veteran memorial park , or whatever it is now since it is still under construction. That was annoying because we were told it would be done March 2024. (Started March 2023) so two springs and summers without the park and a rather gloomy view from my unit . Plus they would start at 5am , very loud ! And quit by 3pm . This does not impact my score for 49 hundred because it’s honestly out of their control and I’ve left my complaints with the city of blue ash (they don’t care BTW) but hope 49 hundred can use this to report back to the city themselves 2. The people who live here . While some of the people who live here are very nice , friendly , etc . There are some who are extremely rude and pretentious. I have several examples but the most recent is my moving out . My significant other is from another country , he and his cousins were moving me out and into our new place together. They were using the side door on a Saturday afternoon during broad daylight, to come in and out . Not one but two ladies were extremely rude about the door being propped open though they were literally there moving stuff out while they had it open . They would shut it when they were done and come back up load up the elevator and go back down (repeat) . My significant other is far nicer and more patient than me especially with overly entitled people. He was actually annoyed with both interactions he had from two different “Karen’s “ at 49 hundred . However on the bright side , we moved into one of their sister properties in another town . We were offered help moving by several people at the new community, which was refreshing. Again , out of the control of 49 hundred for how residents like to feel entitled or better than other residents. 49 hundred is predominantly couples or people above the age of 55 and it appears they have nothing better to do than be miserable and “scared” in a town as beautiful and safe as Blue Ash. I am under the age of 40 so I’m a “typical millennial “ I guess haha . 3. The refrigerators – I’d say this is in their control but also more a personal preference so I don’t really take it so serious. For such a beautiful property and units , the refrigerators are small and just overall could really knock the units out of the park if they were bigger or even double door fridges . It would give such a high end look compared to the basic stainless steel fridges in there now . Again just my preference and opinion. Overall my experience at 49 hundred was great! I miss it already but happy that I am at another Hills property across town. It is a beautiful property as well with the same standards of hospitality. Thank you 49hundred for an amazing 2.5 years ! P.S. stick with a Hills property in your search , no other properties compare to theirs as far as price goes, units , amenities, and hospitality. I did my research and other places want to nickle and dime you for garage parking , etc .
