It is The BEST complex in town it is modern it is new and it is luxury. I couldn’t find any building near Dayton area this luxury. I am one of the first people to live in Allure everything as expected and more. the staff are the nicest people. All the love for the Allure team.

Took a tour this weekend with Taylor and he showed us everything this place had to offer… I had heard great things about Savoy but Taylor took his time answering our questions and didn’t skip any amenity to show us (which there were a LOT), especially on a Saturday afternoon. Everything was well maintained, clean, and quiet. Wonderful hospitality. Looking forward to living here!

This is the first apartment I’ve ever lived in where the maintenance team will do courtesy installations for the residents. I’ve had the maintenance guys come and hang curtains in both bedrooms and install 3 ceiling fans, one in each room. They do a great job and with a smile on their face – love that they provide this service! Shaun and Jono on the maintenance team are just the nicest guys and so helpful!
