The community is quiet with mostly families staying here. The price is par for the course for a Fishers apartment. I would recommend.

The Wellington grounds and landscaping is always nice and clean. I like to do business on a one to one basis so Tammy was who I always dealt with and she was nice , professional and great with communication she is amazing! I like to deal with one person even for my repairs and maintenance and that would be – Jason , he was amazing as well , very professional, prompt , very tidy with clean up and friendly. I genuinely enjoy living at Wellington place apartments. They have been really reactive with maintenance, keep a clean and bright community, and are always helpful when you need it. There are community events that everyone can join such as dog pool days, charcuterie days, school supplies drives, etc. Also special mention to Stacey in the leasing office, she has been with us for the 2 years we have been here and has always been a bright spot and incredibly helpful!

I have had great experiences overall at Wellington Place. When I have needed maintenance work done, I always ask for Casey. Casey is quick to reply and always gets the job done in a timely manner. I know that I am in good hands. Casey is also highly professional, friendly, and great to have around. He is like the family member you call when you are in trouble with something not working. He never leaves you hanging and will work until the job is done if he can.

I would like to thank and commend Casey and Caitlyn on the maintenance team. They went above and beyond with the skills to get me settled in. I renewed my lease here for many reasons: the space, the amenities, the safety, the quiet, the cleanliness, the people. But the current staff in the front office is by far my favorite. Whether it’s a question, assisting with packages, a follow-up to a work order or even suggestions for birthday plans, it’s always a genuine interaction! Just recently, they stopped what they were doing when they noticed I had car trouble and assisted in pushing my car into a parking space and that speaks volumes! Not only does not show how much they care about their residents, but more importantly, they consistently demonstrate how easy it is just to be a great human! It’s much appreciated!

The staff is always helpful and willing to help. I also want to give a shout out to the fantastic maintenance team they have. Caitlyn and Joe are great, always helpful and friendly.

Honestly, Wellington Place is well situated and close to stores and the highway. I have not had any issues with my neighbors and the parking has not been an issue. I’m glad we chose them and the apartment we got is spacious and suites our needs and desires. We have been here for over 7 months and the fitness center is a good place to go get your exercise, especially on bad weather days.

My wife and I lived here for a total of 2 years. This place is the best apartment complex out there. The leasing agents are great, the maintainence people are so kind, and we’ve met so many incredible neighbors! First, the apartments are nice and spacious. We loved having a fireplace and the renovations were nice! Second, our sweet puppy was so very loved here. She loved going for walks, visiting the leasing office where they would give her treats, and the dog park was the best! Wellington Place didn’t feel like your typical apartment, the layout has a “home” feeling to it and you don’t feel like you are on top of one another. We will miss living here but were ready for a house and recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment complex in Fisher’s area! A few special shoutouts: Caitlyn, a maintenance worker, was SO loving to our dog. Everytime we would be on a walk and see her she would stop and give so much attention to our pup! Because Wellington Place does so many neat residental events, we got to meet her dogs also, which was super special! She is so kind and we are thankful for her! Last but not least, we have to give a shout out to Stacey. There aren’t enough words to describe how great she is! Not only is she a wonderful part of Wellington Place and the leasing office, but she also is an all around incredible and inspiring person. She is our dog Hazel’s “twin” as she would say and if we ever needed to talk about anything she was always there. Last Christmas she helped us wrap our gifts at an event and it’s something we will never forget! She truly has become our friend and we can’t thank her enough for her kindness! It was difficult telling her we were moving, however, I know we will be back to visit as often as we can. Wellington Place is more than just an apartment complex, it’s a community and you will not regret living there!

I am beyond impressed with the immediate response and repair of my AC unit. During the Heat wave we are all enduring my unit gave up and within a matter of hours the Hills properties team fixed the problem correctly. Coming home from another day of dripping sweat outdoor work to find a cool 69 degrees I thought Thank You God!!! So Thank you Casey!

I have lived at Wellington Place for almost three years and it has been a wonderful experience. The apartments are renovated and modern, the office staff are easy to communicate and work with, the maintenance team is friendly and prompt, the complex itself is stunning and well maintained. The office is doing more resident activities like a nice dinner at Christmas, themed evenings like hot cocoa and chili, a fun Halloween themed party for the kids, all kinds of things. I also feel that Wellington is super safe. I feel comfortable walking around the complex to get exercise or if I have to leave early or come in late. They also have other great amenities like a gym and two pools. Two cons: 1. You can expect your rent to go up a lot.. my rent has gone up almost $400 a month since I moved in July 2020. I understand rent is going up all over and these apartments are now considered “luxury” so they come at a premium but the increase is not gradual. So many neighbors leave after a year or two because they can’t continue to afford it. 2. The trash areas are often (sometimes weekly or biweekly) overflowing because it is not picked up as much as it should be. I have had to take my trash back home because I am not able to dispose of it. Other residents will pile up their trash outside the bin. This is discouraged by the office but maybe if the trash was picked up more, this wouldn’t be a problem. Overall – the experience has been great and I have loved living here! I would recommend Wellington Place.

The level of resident service and support is incredible and the entire office and maintenance staff have gone above and beyond whenever I have had a request for service or a need addressed in my home. The complex is in a great area and they are making incredible updates to the apartment homes, facilities, and grounds. Happily, I found Wellington after essentially serving 3 years at Riverbend apartments in Castleton so I’ve done my time….there’s no comparison to the experiences. I’m especially appreciative of Wellington due to the level of incompetence AND danger I became accustomed to in the area I previously lived. Everything from nonexistent maintenance, multiple homicide, and everything in between. An example of Wellington’s efficiency: the outer door to my building has a separate key for security. 3 weeks after moving in, my outer door key broke clean off in the door, snapping it in half. I called emergency maintenance. Talked to a live person and got a new key in about an hour. It’s worth mentioning this happened around 7pm on a Tuesday evening. A time when you expect your problems to be pushed off to the following day no matter what they are. There’s security doors everywhere, opened with codes. Package deliveries are likewise secured in a magnetically secured locker system controlled by a Kiosk; similar to a Redbox rental system. Security is important here. As for the apartment I got. Clean. Efficient. Great appliances and updated fixtures. High ceilings and lots of space. I love it. Cant recommend highly enough. Especially for the price.

I just turned in my keys after a 5 year stay at Wellington Place by Hills Properties. It has been by far the best rental experience of my middle aged adult life! Maintenance is fast and top notch. Communication with the front desk is smoothe and effective. The neighborhood feels really safe. Emergency maintenance has saved my tail multiple times. Having a package room with lockers is convenient. Location….I could go on. Bye Wellington! It was a pleasure.
