Allure is a beautiful property but what is even better is the office staff and maintenance staff. They go above and beyond for every single tenant. They are very professional and responsive. I have worked with Alison in the front office and she made sure everything I needed was handled. When I put in a work order to have a ceiling fan put in, Deon showed up promptly and was so professional and even cleaned up after himself and helped me discard the boxes. Their customer service is unmatched. I love living here.

Had an issue with one being defective but he took down, boxed it back up and installed the new one. Just cant say enough about how impressed I am. Thanks again Dion! I just wanted to give a shout out to one of the maintenance staff DEON WORKS on 3/6/24 he literally saved my day. I drop my keys down the elevator shaft. He went out of his way to make a self man-made magnet to fish my keys out of the bottom of the elevator. Shaft To me that is above and beyond the call of duty it’s an awesome person I would Have missed appointments and had my whole day disrupted ,but thanks to him he saved my day the company is blessed to have somebody on their property that cares about their customers and their vendors what a great person thank you ! I’m a former resident of Allure. Lived there from August 2020 (when my building was completed) until August 2023. Pre-move in I was invited to a resident food truck event. When I moved in I was gifted an arrangement of flowers, gift bag and goodies inside. It pretty much set the tone of how they treat their residents. They constantly put on resident events, maintenance is prompt and fixes issues immediately for residents, the property is maintained well, the staff at the office is always nice and go above and beyond to bring resolution or answer questions. Allure also has nice amenities such as garage parking, secure buildings, swimming pool, mini golf, fitness center and more. It’s bittersweet but I did enjoy my stay at Allure and would always recommend the property to others.

The apartments and amenities are top notch, the grounds are well kept, and the office and maintenance staff are always super helpful. Throughout my time here, I’ve never had any issues and have never needed to worry about a single thing.

The community so far has been warm and welcoming. I really love the atmosphere and energy as this property meets a lot of my personality. Allure def gives resort high end hotel vibes but with a touch of it still being home. I’m grateful to have decided to become a resident of Allure. I’ve been here almost a month and it’s been a 5 ?? experience. No bicker! I’ll update with pics as I settle into my place. We just moved in and it has been amazing already. The facilities are beautiful and very clean. I’m loving the fact that there is valet trash and I did not have to go to the dumpster to throw trash and boxes we used to move in. Maintenance requests are done very quickly and professionally. Dion and Collin were the maintenance people who came in and they were very professional and kind, and did the jobs perfectly. The people working at the leasing office are also very kind and professional. Alisha made our move very smooth.

I put in a request for repairs today and within 10 min, Colin was knocking on my door with professional and friendly service! He even went above and beyond to address an issue I didn’t even put a request in for! I’ve lived at other apartments in the area and Allure is by far the best! Even my pup loves living here!

Over the weekend I was planning on putting patio furniture on my balcony. Unfortunately some birds put a stop to that. I put in a work order Friday evening by Monday morning Colin B. from maintenance was here and immediately removed the nest, advised me to reach out if it happens again because they do have additional solutions to combat it. He was professional, informative and extremely friendly. Maintenance at Allure is truly stellar and any issue I have it’s always fixed promptly. Thanks Colin for taking care of that pesky problem. Hopefully I can enjoy my balcony now ?.

Allure and Hills properties has been outstanding in their maintenance and upkeep of the properties. The property is maintained very well and maintenance has handled all incoming requests in a timely fashion including any concerns that were a little bit more challenging to diagnose. I trust and recommend the maintenance team here at Allure above any other property that we have stayed to date. We joined during covid and due to some supply issues some product wouldn’t be installed until later – Allure has kept their word and has installed everything as promised as soon as product was made available from the manufacture. I appreciate that they regularly schedule the necessary maintenance such as air filter checks and maintenance as needed.

I spent 3 years living in Allure and I must say the the team is great. They have great amenities, car garage, pool and gym area and a lot of activities. The location is the main feature since is walking distance from child care, restaurant and stores and just 1 traffic light away from the highway.

The amenities, monthly resident events, underground parking garage, and new modern and updated apartments are wonderful and makes the rent worth price. Yes, it’s more than a typical mortgage but I will pay the extra money so I don’t have to do yard work, shovel snow, or maintenance when owning your own home, which gives me more time to do the things I enjoy with my son, family, and friends.

Jenn was our leasing agent/tour guide. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We loved the community and we were beyond impressed with the features and amenities. The rent is considerably higher than others we have looked at, but the price can be justified with the luxury you’re getting. We decided to choose another community due to the fact that Allure does not offer outdoor storage (detached garages) to hold our current homes’ garage and shed items. The cost of a separate storage unit with the high rent of Allure was beyond what other communities with garages would have been.
